Perform market research and identify suitable market sectors, industries and potential opportunities (customers, partners, etc.).
Conduct customer interviews to understand market interests.
Develop marketing collaterals for digital marketing, trade shows, conferences, etc.

Interested in developing IP cores or work with ASIC/FPGA? Code in Verilog/VHDL intellectual property cores for use in FPGA or ASIC development.
Simulate and test digital logic cores such as processor, comm. protocol, serdes, mem controller, network on chip, Ethernet, and others.
Must be team player and highly motivated to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Interested in developing ADC, DAC, SerDes, mixer, PLL, high speed I/O, LNA, PA, etc.?
Or developing 8/10-64/66 encoder/decoder, PCS, FEC, beamformer that can work with the above?
Responsible for Design, schematic capture, simulation, layout of very high speed analog components in state of the art silicon node. Perform pre-silicon verification and post silicon validation.

Main responsibility is to design and qualify analog/RF circuits for transmit/receive over challenging conditions.
Innovate and tune your design(s) for low power consumption, small board space requirements.
5 or more years experience with RF/analog designs, simulation.

Main responsibility is to develop and qualify software for server, storage network interface cards with TCP/IP accelerator.
Work with customers and provide support for them.
Strong in C programming.

Responsible for multiple aspects of the board products after its design phase.
Main responsibility is to test hardware products in a system, networked environment.
Develop the tests and test procedures for transitioning the product into manufacturing, isolate and resolve issues reported by customers or others.
Knowledgeable in PC server system configuration, Linux development environment, some C coding.
The ideal candidate should have an interest in both hardware and software and their interactions.
Some knowledge of FPGA would be helpful.

Main responsibility is to spec, design, and debug high performance FPGA/ASIC network interface boards.
Familiar with lab debug, FPGA and other programmable logic is preferred.
Willing to be trained in board design tools for schematic capture, and layout.
Must be able to use logic analyzer and other tools in lab debug environment.
Must be a team player with strong communications skills and highly motivated to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Knowledge of Giga bit Ethernet and some C software programming is highly desirable.
